We at Varuna Electric have an integrated and consolidated infrastructure, encompassing a whopping area of approximately 24,000 sq yards. This area includes a domestic submersible pump manufacturing plant, an agriculture pump manufacturing plant, a CMB manufacturing pump, a stainless steel pump manufacturing plant, and a rotor manufacturing division with an exclusive export division. Our four major manufacturing plants with ancillary units in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, create state-of-the-art technology innovations and are constantly working on upgrading the pumping solutions. At La-Gajjar Machineries, our optimal technological solutions are enabled by the most advanced designing software, fully equipped manufacturing facilities, and thoroughly furnished testing facilities supported by a culture of workforce with uncompromised determination.

  • Pumps are made from glass-filled Noryl material with highly efficient hydraulic design to reduce the power consumption

Agriculture Pump

  • Types of Motors: V5 to V8 motor, 1.50 HP to 150 HP

  • Compactly designed horizontal and vertical open well pump sets for easy handling and installation

  • Stamping is done with electrical grade silicon steel for lower power consumption and higher product life

  • Manufactured with superior quality raw materials and unique design to ensure best in-class performance with lowest operating cost and zero maintenance

CMB

Manufacturing Unit

  • Land area: 2221 sq. yards

  • Types of HP: 0.50 to 5.0 HP

  • Product manufactured as per IS:9079

  • Totally enclosed fan cooled motor design suitable for working in wide voltage fluctuations

  • Single shaft for motor and pump ensures good mechanical strength and higher efficiency

Rotor

Manufacturing Unit

  • Land area: 3500 sq. yards

  • A unique lapping process on the rotor sleeve area to reduce the Ra value of sleeve surface, hence the friction loss will be reduced leading to lower current consumption

  • Rotor colour is using polyurethane based, that gives elasticity along with toughness which avoids color peeling from rotor surface even during higher temperature and higher surface tension.

LGM [Depot]

  • Purpose: Storage of finished goods
