MR. RANGANATH KRISHNA

Mr. Ranganath N K was the Managing Director of Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. from its inception in 1998 till 2020.
He is from the 1980 batch of XLRI (Business Management) post a degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy and has worked in manufacturing and projects both in India and abroad.
He has been the Past President of the Madras Management Association (MMA), past Chairman of the Tamilnadu Council of CII and past Chairman of AEEE (Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy). He has been on the national committees of CII for skill development, manufacturing, CSR and water etc.
He is an Independent Director on listed and non-listed companies and is part of the advisory boards of a couple of NGOs.
MR. ASEEM SRIVASTAV
Managing Director
Mr. Aseem Srivastav has completed his Bachelor in Engineering (Production), with distinction from Pune University and subsequently PG diploma in marketing management from Mumbai University. He is a first certified conscious business coach in India from the USA and a Fulbright student of Carnegie Bosch institute, Pittsburgh on global leadership. He brings in over 33 years of experience in heading large factories in highly reputed organizations like Vardhman Steels, L&T and Kirloskar Group and has been instrumental in driving change globally in these companies. He has worked in varied roles from Sales engineer to COO / CEO / Managing Director.
He is a TedX speaker, Art of living Happiness & wellness program yoga teacher, Rotary member and also associated with volunteer work at Humanities, USA & Jagrati Yatra, Purvanchal. A passionate traveler, who has visited more than 55-countries establishing Indian brands & getting appropriate technologies for pumps, valves & turbines. He has a keen interest in Sports and lead the Indian Cricket Club, Malaysia.
MR. AKSHAY SAHNI

Mr. Akshay Sahni has completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Economics and Finance from University of Southern California, USA. Mr. Akshay Sahni is responsible for overseeing production across factories & achieving timely deliveries of WearWell India Private Limited. He joined WearWell India Private Limited in 2011; Helping Mr. Bharat Sahni carry forward the growing family owned garment export business. During his tenure, he has created strong, reliable systems in PPC, Industrial Engineering, and Finance.
GAURI A. KIRLOSKAR
Director
Mergers and Acquisitions group. Since moving back to India in 2010, Gauri has been focusing her efforts on strategic initiatives for the Kirloskar Group into infrastructure and investments as well as functioning as a director and observer at several Kirloskar Group companies. Her primary role is establishment of the Group's real estate business in Pune. She is also an active member of the committee of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited that looks at new investments initiatives in the energy space.
